The Jr Ducks are proud members of the Eastern Hockey League. The league is based on the goal of player development and successful college placement. Located in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States, the Eastern Hockey League (EHL) and its teams celebrates its 8th year this season. For the past five years, the EHL has finished as the leader in the Direct-To-College Advancement at the Division II and III levels. This past season alone, the EHL accounted for nearly 1 in every 5 freshmen on Division II and III rosters.

Our Mission:

• To Assist and encourage our players to continue their education
• To provide professional coaching and instruction, proper nutrition, top level fitness, strength and mental conditioning
• To advise and assist in the college admissions process
• To increase our players’ exposure by showcasing their hockey skills for college coaches
• To develop the players’ work ethic via comprehensive fitness training and practices
• To mold our players’ skills by providing an opportunity to play in a highly competitive environment everyday

What we Provide:

Eastern Hockey League game schedule featuring 45+ games

• Four EHL League Showcases (exposure to hundreds of college coaches)
• Professional coaching (our staff has combined over 200+ pro games played) and four league championships at the professional level 
• Three to four practices per week depending on league schedule
• Three off-ice fitness sessions per week with our professional in-house hockey specific fitness trainer, in our brand-new gym!
• Private Team Locker Room with individual stalls, 55’ Flat screen TV, surround sound stereo system, Xbox console & Ping Pong table
